He began his career playing in his native Poland, before moving to Southampton in 2006.[4] After six years at Southampton, he joined Notts County where he spent two seasons before joining Ipswich Town in 2014. He spent six years at Ipswich before joining Millwall on a permanent transfer in January 2020.
Białkowski has also represented his country at international level, making his senior debut for Poland in 2018.
