English: When Handling Arms Look First - Prevent Accidents whole: the two images occupy the majority. The upper image is set against a red and black design, and the lower image a blue and black design. The title is separate and located across the centre, in black and in yellow, set against a white background. The text is partially integrated and placed in the upper half and lower fifth, in white cursive script, held within black insets. image: the upper image is a depiction of the front of a gun barrel, superimposed with an eye shaped into the outline of a bullet. This poster was scanned and released by the Imperial War Museum on the IWM Non Commercial Licence. The artwork was created by a commissioned military artist during their active service duties in the First World War.
