Georg Fiebiger (* 22. Juni 1901 in Breslau; † nach 1949) war ein deutscher Produktionsleiter und Komponist von Filmmusik.


Fiebiger komponierte die Musik für drei im Jahr 1930 erschienene Filme, darunter der Neuauflage des Murnau-Klassikers Nosferatu unter dem Titel Die zwölfte Stunde – Eine Nacht des Grauens. In den 1940er Jahren war er an mehreren Filmen als Produzent tätig.
