Albrighton is a small village in the civil parish of Pimhill, in Shropshire, England. It is situated on the A528 Shrewsbury-Ellesmere road and is roughly 4.0 miles (6.4 km) north of Shrewsbury. After a history of being its own parish, it currently lies in the parish of Pimhill. According to the United Kingdom Census 2001, the parish population of Pimhill was 2008,[1] with the number of these habiting in Albrighton being 273.
