Curtis Greer (born November 10, 1957) is an American former football defensive end who played in the National Football League (NFL) for the St. Louis Cardinals from 1980 to 1987. He was a top pass-rusher in the early 1980s before his career was curtailed by knee problems, missing an entire year in 1986. He played college football as a defensive tackle for the Michigan Wolverines from 1976 to 1979 and was selected by the Cardinals in the first round (sixth overall pick) of the 1980 NFL Draft.
