De Otter (Dutch pronunciation: [də ˈʔɔtər]) is a paltrok mill in Amsterdam, Netherlands which has been restored to working order. As all Dutch paltrok mills it is a windpowered sawmill. The mill is listed as a Rijksmonument, number 1198.[1]
