Edward Dillon (January 1, 1879 – July 11, 1933) was an American actor, director and screenwriter of the silent era.[1] He performed in more than 320 films between 1905 and 1932 and also directed 134 productions between 1913 and 1926. A native of New York City, Dillon died at the age of 54 in Hollywood, California from a heart attack. His brother John T. Dillon was also an actor.
