Edward Julian Udny-Lister, Baron Udny-Lister, PC (born 25 October 1949) is a British special adviser, political strategist and former politician who served as Downing Street Chief of Staff from 2019 to 2021.[lower-alpha 1] He originally solely advised on strategy until the departure of Dominic Cummings as Chief Adviser to the Prime Minister in November 2020.
