English:
From http://grin.hq.nasa.gov/ABSTRACTS/GPN-2000-001156.html Edited by en:User:diliff. Reduced in size slightly as the original was quite large but soft - I figured that a reduction by approximately 33% would not impact on the resolvable detail, but would reduce the visibility of the noise in the image and decrease the file size significantly (previously 7mb!). Also ran it through a weak noise reduction and increased the contrast SLIGHTLY - I compared to the original and there is nothing blown out. The whites are just slightly less grey than before. |
