G. V. Harsha Kumar

G.V. Harsha Kumar (born 23 October 1960) is a member of the 14th and 15th Lok Sabha of India. He represented the Amalapuram constituency of Andhra Pradesh from 2004 to 2014, and is a member of the Indian National Congress. He rejoined Indian National Congress (INC) on 23 November 2020 at Rajahmundry.
