Gazette d'Amsterdam

Gazette d'Amsterdam (also known as Gazette d’Hollande[1] or Nouvelles d'Amsterdam[2]) was one of the most important international European newspapers of the Enlightenment period and a major source of political information.[1][3][4] It was a French language bi-weekly newspaper published in Amsterdam from the second half of the 17th century till 1796, during the Batavian Republic.
