Marcos Ruiz Velasco (born 13 October 1996) is a Spanish weightlifter. He represented Spain at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.[1]
In this Spanish name, the first or paternal surname is Ruiz and the second or maternal family name is Velasco.

He won two medals at the 2022 Mediterranean Games held in Oran, Algeria.[2] He won the gold medal in the men's 102 kg Snatch event and the silver medal in the men's 102 kg Clean & Jerk event.[2]
