Mikel Koliqi (September 29, 1900 – January 28, 1997) was an Albanian cardinal and priest of the Roman Catholic Church. He was born and died in Shkodër (Shkodra), Albania. At the time of his death, he was the oldest member of the College of Cardinals, and was also the last living cardinal to have been born in the 19th century.
