Nemti is a village in Nógrád County, Hungary, beside of the Zagyva river. As of 2022 census, it has a population of 675 (see Demographics). The village located beside of the (Nr. 84) Kisterenye–Kál-Kápolna railway line, 6.6 km from the main road 21 and 49.0 km from the M3 motorway. Although the settlement has its own railway stop, but public transport on the railway line ceased on 3 March 2007 [hu]. The closest train station with public transport in Bátonyterenye 6.6 km far.
