The Apertura 2011 season (officially known as Torneo Apertura 2011 or also known as the Copa Capri for sponsoring reasons) was the 27th edition of El Salvador's Primera División since its establishment of an Apertura and Clausura format. Alianza entered into this tournament as the defending champions. The season began on 30 July 2011 and concluded at the end of the year. Like previous years, the league consisted of 10 teams, each playing a home and away game against the other clubs for a total of 18 games, respectively.
