Trần Ngọc Liễng

Trần Ngọc Liễng (1923 – 9 October 2011) was a Vietnamese prominent attorney-at-law and a legal scholar in Vietnam.
In this Vietnamese name, the surname is Trần, but is often simplified to Tran in English-language text. In accordance with Vietnamese custom, this person should be referred to by the given name, Liễng.
