La TT Premier Football League est le championnat de Trinité-et-Tobago de football. Placée sous l'égide de la fédération de Trinité-et-Tobago de football, elle a été créée en 1974 et est entièrement professionnelle depuis 1999. La TT Premier Football League est l'un des championnats professionnels de football (avec ceux de la Jamaïque, de Haïti, de la République Dominicaine) des pays de la CFU à côté des championnats semi-professionnels (ceux de Cuba, de Porto Rico, du Suriname, du Guyana, de Curaçao) et des championnats amateurs. C'est un championnat fermé, sans système de relégation.

Alors que la ligue professionnelle est en difficulté et menacé de disparaitre en , le gouvernement trinidadien injecte 11,1 millions de Dollar de Trinité-et-Tobago (environ 1,5 million d'euros) en faveur de 8 clubs sur une durée de trois ans[1].
