Ir ha-Karmel (littéralement en hébreu: עִיר הַכַּרְמֶל) est une ville située dans le nord d'Israël.


La commune en anglais : Carmel City et en arabe : مدينة الكرمل .

La commune a changé de nom en 2005, elle est passée de Daliyat al-Karmel à Carmel City.
