Charles ("Charly") Wegelius (Espoo, Finland, 26 april 1978) is een voormalig Brits wielrenner.
Wegelius werd in 2000 prof bij Mapei en hij beëindigde zijn carrière in 2011 bij Unitedhealthcare Pro Cycling. In 2009 mocht hij starten in de Ronde van Frankrijk, in plaats van zijn ploeggenoot Thomas Dekker, van wie 3 dagen voor de start van de Tour bleek dat hij betrapt was op het gebruik van epo.
Na zijn actieve wielercarrière werd Wegelius actief als ploegleider bij Garmin-Sharp.
