Het ganglion spinale,[1][2] (meerv. ganglia spinalia[1]), spinale ganglion[3][4] of ruggenmergszenuwknoop[5] is een verdikking van de zenuwbaan (sensorische zenuw) aan de rugzijde van de ruggenmerg. Hier liggen de cellichamen van sensorische neuronen.
