Het Palestijns Nationaal Initiatief (Arabisch: المبادرة الوطنية الفلسطنية , al-Mubadara al-Wataniyya al-Filistiniyya) is een Palestijnse politieke beweging of partij. Anno 2012 is de partij onder leiding van Mustafa Barghouti.
Het PNI ziet zichzelf als een "democratische derde macht" in de Palestijnse politiek, en verzet zich tegen de tweedeling tussen Fatah (die het beschouwt als corrupt en ondemocratisch) en Hamas (die het beschouwt als extremistische en fundamentalistische).
