Yoshiyuki Abe (阿部良之, Abe Yoshiyuki ; Osaka, 15 augustus 1969) is een voormalig Japans wielrenner. Hij reed van 1996-1997, in 2001 en van 2004-2011 als professional. Hij reed van 2006 tot 2008 voor het Nederlandse Skil-Shimano team.
