Het seizoen 1922/23 was het 26ste seizoen van het nationale voetbalkampioenschap in Zwitserland. De titel werd dit jaar niet uitgereikt omdat de winnaar Bern na de titel gediskwalificeerd werd en er geen tijd meer was om een nieuwe finale te organiseren.
Centraal
Eerste stand
Na de competitie werd de wedstrijd FC Biel-Bienne - FC Bern (3-0) veranderd in 0-3 omdat Biel-Bienne een niet-speelgerechtigde speler had opgesteld. De stand veranderde naar de tabel hieronder.
Tweede stand
Door het feit dat de Young Boys en Bern nu evenveel punten hadden moesten ze een play-off spelen, maar de Young Boys trokken zich terug waardoor Bern zich kwalificeerde voor de eindronde om de landstitel.
Derde stand
Nadat Bern reeds kampioen geworden was werd de wedstrijd FC Basel - FC Bern (0-4) veranderd in 3-0 omdat ook Bern een niet-speelgerechtigde speler had opgesteld. De Young Boys werden hierdoor groepswinnaar, waardoor Bern onrechtmatig aan de eindronde had meegedaan. Dit alles vond plaats in september waardoor er geen tijd meer was om een nieuwe eindronde te spelen. De titel werd niet uitgereikt.
