Tom Uren

Thomas "Tom" Uren (28 May 1921 ā 26 January 2015) was an Australian politician and boxer. He was Deputy Leader of the Australian Labor Party. He helped create the heritage and conservation movement in Australia. Uren was a member of the House of Representatives for Reid serving from 1955 through 1990.
