The Commissioner for Human Rights (Polish: Rzecznik Praw Obywatelskich, RPO)[lower-alpha 1] is a Polish ombudsman, an official appointed for a five year term by the Sejm with an approval of the Senate (respectively lower and upper houses of Polish legislature).
