Krüppeloliki faktor 2 (KLF2), znan i kao plućni krüpeloliki faktor (LKLF), je protein koji je kod ljudi kodiran genom KLF2 sa hromosoma 19.[5][6] Član je porodice Krüpelolikih faktora porodice faktora transkripcije cinkovog prsta, a uključen je u razne biohemijske procese u ljudskom tijelu, uključujući razvoj pluća, embrionsku eritropoezu, epitelni integritet, održivost T-ćelija i adipogenezu.[7]
