Abdullah Mansour

Not to be confused with Abdullah Mansour, Libyan intelligence official under Muammar Gaddafi.
Abdullah Mansour is an Uyghur militant who was the leader of the Turkistan Islamic Party, an Islamic and Uyghur separatist organization. Between 2008 and 2013 Mansour was an editor of his movements quarterly publication Islamic Turkistan, before rising to its leadership.[1]
