Andris Sprūds

Andris Sprūds (born July 13, 1971, in Liepāja, Latvia) is a Latvian foreign policy researcher, lecturer, and politician. He is a professor at Rīga Stradiņš University,[1] a member of the 14th Saeima,[2] and the Minister of Defence of Latvia. He represents the Progressives party.
