Beatriz "Bia" Haddad Maia (Portuguese: [beaˈtɾiz adaˈdʒi ˈmajɐ]; born 30 May 1996) is a Brazilian professional tennis player. On 12 June 2023, she reached a career-high in the WTA rankings at world No. 10 in singles on 12 June 2023 and in doubles on 8 May 2023[2] becoming the first Brazilian woman to enter the top 10 in singles since the rankings were introduced.[3] Haddad Maia has won three singles and seven doubles titles on the WTA Tour,[2] and reached a major semifinal at the 2023 French Open.
