Beltrán Mathieu

In this Spanish name, the first or paternal surname is Mathieu and the second or maternal family name is Andrews.
Beltrán Luis Mathieu Andrews (Talcahuano, April 10, 1852 — Paris, May 20, 1931)[1] was a Chilean lawyer, diplomat and politician, member of the Radical Party (PR). He served as a deputy, and Minister of State of his country, during the government of President Emiliano Figueroa Larraín.[2]
