Britof (pronounced [ˈbɾiːtɔf]; in older sources also Britof pri Taboru,[2] German: Freithof bei Tabor[2]) is a former settlement in the Municipality of Naklo in the Upper Carniola region of Slovenia. It is now part of the village of Podbrezje.[3] Britof consists of a sparse row of houses along the transition between the upper and middle terraces above the right bank of the Tržič Bistrica River (Slovene: Tržiška Bistrica).[1][3]
