Use | Civil and state flag |

Proportion | 2:3 |
Design | A rectangle with four horizontal stripes alternating green and gold, with a white field on the upper left corner displaying the city's coat of arms in its center |
Its design is based on the State Flag, that is, it has four horizontal stripes of the same width alternating the colors green and gold. In place of the blue square on the state flag's upper left corner, there's a white field with its height and width being equivalent to half of the flag's total width. In the field's center is the Coat of Arms of Aracaju.[1]
