In this Spanish name, the first or paternal surname is Coll and the second or maternal family name is Bucher.
Fulgencio Coll Bucher (born July 18, 1948) is a Spanish general who served as Chief of Staff of the Army.[1] Coll assumed the office on 18 July 2008, replacing Carlos Villar. Jaime Domínguez Buj replaced him on 27 July 2012.[2]
