The Golden Gate or Gate of Mercy (Hebrew: שער הרחמים, romanized: Sha'ar Harahamim, lit. 'Gate of Mercy'[1][2]; Arabic: باب الذهبي, romanized: Bab al-Dhahabi[3] or al-Zahabi[4], lit.
