Jefferson Township is a township in Fayette County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 2,007 at the 2020 census,[2] a decline from the figure of 2,008 tabulated in 2010.[3] It is named for former president Thomas Jefferson, and many of the township's streets are named after other U.S. presidents.
