John Stromberg (9 November 1858[n 1][2][3] in Prince Edward Island, Canada – 5 July 1902[2][4] in New York City), was an American songwriter, composer, and conductor born in Canada of Swedish ancestry (name originally "Stramborg"). He was a Freemason.[3][4] He was best known for his work in collaboration with lyricist Edgar Smith[5] on stage shows for the Weber and Fields comedy team.[6]
