In this Spanish name, the first or paternal surname is Bohórquez and the second or maternal family name is Goyeneche.
José Álvarez de las Asturias Bohórquez y Goyeneche, 10th Marquess of Trujillos (23 March 1895 – 27 February 1993) was a Spanish horse rider. Álvarez de Bohórquez competed in the 1924 Summer Olympics and won the team jumping gold medal in the 1928 Summer Olympics.[1][2] His name is also shortened to José Álvarez de Bohórquez, José Á. de Bohórquez, or José Álvarez.[3]
