The New Zealand cricket team toured Australia from 18 November – 13 December 2011.[1] The tour consisted of two Tests played for the Trans-Tasman Trophy.

The series was drawn 1–1, so the trophy was retained by Australia. New Zealand's win in the second Test in Hobart was its first Test win in Australia since 1985, and their first test match victory against Australia since 1993 and their most recent to date.[2]
