Nikolay Rogozhkin

General Nikolay Yevgenyevich Rogozhkin (Russian: Николай Евгеньевич Рогожкин; born on 21 June 1952) is a Russian politician and military commander who last served as the 4th Presidential Envoy of the Siberian Federal District from 2014 to 2016. Before that, he was Commander-in-Chief of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia from 2004 to 2014. He was the general of the army since 23 February 2007.[1]
In this name that follows Eastern Slavic naming customs, the patronymic is Yevgenyevich and the family name is Rogozhkin.
