Paris Decorators Corporation

The Paris Decorators Corporation was founded in 1911[1] and operated a chain of nine[2] furnishing stores in the metropolitan New York City area.[1] The business specialized in curtains, interior decoration products,[3] draperies, and furniture.[4] It was based in Newark, New Jersey[5] but maintained its general office and factory at 28 West 23rd Street.[2] Among its principal competitors in the 1930s retail business was Mrs. Dodd, Inc., located in Manhattan.[5]
