Podolsky District

Podolsky District (Russian: Подо́льский райо́н) is an abolished administrative[1] and municipal[2] district (raion), one of the thirty-six in Moscow Oblast, Russia. It was located in the southwest of the oblast just south of the federal city of Moscow. The area of the district was 281.45 square kilometers (108.67 sq mi).[2] Its administrative center was the city of Podolsk (which is not administratively a part of the district).[1]
