The arena will have a capacity of 8,000 seats for sporting events and 9,000 seats for concerts and shows, as well as two gymnasiums intended for use by local clubs and residents.[2] Under construction since the beginning of March 2020,[3] it was expected to be completed by the spring of 2024[4] and was inaugurated on 11 February 2024 during the LNB Pro A basketball match between Paris and Saint-Quentin, won 87 to 65 by Paris.
