Randers Municipality (Danish: Randers Kommune) is a municipality (Danish, kommune) in Region Midtjylland on the Jutland peninsula in central Denmark. The municipality covers an area of 748.21 km2 (288.89 sq mi), and has a population of 99,931 (as of 1. January 2023). Its mayor, since 1 January 2018 is Torben Hansen, a member of the Social Democrats. The main town and the site of its municipal council is the city of Randers.
