Richard E. Angle

Richard E. Angle is a United States Army major general who currently serves as Special Assistant to the Director of the Army Staff. He previously served as deputy commander of the Joint Special Operations Command and as the commanding general of the 1st Special Forces Command (Airborne) from August 12, 2021 to June 21, 2023.[1][2]
