Salome (locally /səˈloʊm/, Tolkepaya Yavapai: Wiltaika) is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in La Paz County, Arizona, United States. The population was 1,162 at the 2020 census.[2] It was established in 1904 by Dick Wick Hall, Ernest Hall and Charles Pratt, and was named after Pratt's wife, Grace Salome Pratt.[3]
