Ursicinus was a Roman senior military officer, holding the rank of Magister Equitum per Orientem (Master of Horse of the East) and even Magister Peditum Praesentalis in the later Roman Empire c. 349–359.[1] He was a citizen of Antioch and was well connected in the Eastern part of the Roman Empire.
