Zambana (La Zambàna in local dialect) is a comune (municipality) in Trentino in the northern Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 9 kilometres (6 mi) north of Trento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,654 and an area of 11.7 square kilometres (4.5 sq mi).[3]
