Tomsk Oblast

Tomsk Oblast (Roushie: То́мская о́бласть, Tomskaya oblast) is a federal subject o Roushie (an oblast). It lees in the southeastern West Siberian Plain, in the soothwast o the Siberie Federal Destrict. Its admeenistrative center is the ceety o Tomsk. Population: 1,047,394 (2010 Census).[5]
